They replace our old gas fireplace with a newer updated model. The installers were very perfetional & knowledgeable . The workmanship was quality & clean. I would 100% recommend them . After the install, me & my wife had purchased the non combustible mantel from Estates and completed the stone ourselves.

Estates came out to sweep my chimney. They were reasonably priced, and the technicians were very knowledgeable. They also gave me tips on how to burn my wood better! The technician showed me pictures of areas they had some concern about. The technician inspected the flue that my heater is connected to and showed me pictures. The pictures showed several issues with the system that the technician took the time to explain to me. We ended up having Estates install a stainless steal liner a couple of weeks later that made the heating system safe and work more efficiently. We will always recommend Estates!

We were very pleased from the moment we went to the showroom to installation. The staff was professional, personable, knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. Our technicians were Larry, Scott, Shane and Will. They were all really nice to work with. Larry did a great job checking us out at the end of the installation. We are very pleased with the outcome of our fireplace and would highly recommend Estates.
